Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
Pour sauce into 13 x 9-in. backing dish.
Stir in 4 Tablespoons (1/4 cup) of the parmesan cheese.
Add chicken, and turn over to evenly coat both sides with sauce. Cover with aluminum foil.
Bake for 30 minutes uncovered.
Top with Mozzarella cheese and remaining 2 Tablespoons of parmesan cheese. Continue baking for 5 minutes or until chicken is cooked through and cheese is melted.
Serve over hot cooked pasta if desired.
