Suggest a better descriptionCombine ground beef (turkey), onion, and garlic in a large pot over medium heat. Cook until beef is brown, drain. Stir in chili powder, oregano, salt, tomato sauce, and stewed tomatoes, and kidney beans (with liquid). Heat to a boil and then reduce heat and bring to a simmer, cover the pot. Simmer, stirring occasionally, for one (1) hour.
