Brown the ground beef in a medium saucepan then drain.
Add onion then remaining ingredients and stir throughout heating over medium low heat for 45 minutes.
Season with fresh garlic, Cholula hot sauce and cumin to taste.
Serve with shredded cheese and enjoy.
