Really quick easy pudding using ingredients commonly found in the pantry - great for those Chocolate cravings.
In a microwave safe bowl add the custard powder, sugar, and cocoa.
Stir to remove any lumps.
Stir in half the milk and whisk.
Add the remaining milk and whisk again.
Slices of banana can optionally be added at this stage so it cooks into the pudding, or once the pudding is cooked.
Microwave on high for one minute, then whisk.
Microwave for 15-30 seconds or until pudding starts to rise up.
Whisk and microwave again for 10 - 20 seconds or until pudding rises again.
Spoon into two bowls and enjoy.
