a way to make delicious scrolls (Cheated) but just an easier way :) i hope you enjoy them
1. pre-heat oven to 180*C
2. combined sugar and cinnamon in a small bowl.
3. lay out the puff pastry sheets on a flat surface, then brush with egg.
4. next, sprinkle the sugar mix evenly over the pastry.
5. place one of the sheets ontop of the other and roll it up.
6. slice the roll and place the scrolls on a baking tray.
7. brush the tops with any leftover egg then dust with remaining sugar mixture.
8. Bake in the oven for 20-25mins or untill golden brown (puff pastry should be puffed)
