Mix filling and put in 8x8 pan
Crust: cream butter & sugar together. Stir in egg. Gradually add flour and mix well. Spoon over filling.
Bake at 375 degF for 40-50 minutes.
Recipe doubles for 9x13 pan & takes 1 1/2 - 2 hrs to cook.
