An easy recipe handed down from my mother in law. Best prepared the day before.
In medium stock pot place potatoes and onion and cover with water. Boil until potatoes are tender
Add butter and continue until butter is melted.
Add corn, creamed corn. Add half & half until desired thickness is reached.
Cook an additional 10-15 minutes.
Salt & Pepper to taste.
