Mix all the ingredients together and simmer until the sauce is the consistency you would prefer. the more you simmer the thicker it will get. Don't boil. Add to whatever meat you have already cooked.
If you would like the meat and sauce cooked together you can do this in the oven or in a slow cooker just mix the sauce and add it to the meat, then cook.
Oven (usually between 1 and 11/2 hours (see your meat cooking time)
Slow cooker add it all to the pot and cook on high for 4hours
I like this because it is quick and easy when you don't have much time and it doesn't take too many ingredients. I also like to exchange the thickened cream for coconut cream.
