* Pour oil into a pressure cooker
* Heat to 400
* In a small bowl combine egg and milk
* In a separate bowl combine dry ingredients
* Dip chicken in milk until fully moistened
* Roll in flour mixture until completely coated
* In groups of 4 drop into hot oil
* Lock lid in place
* When steam begins to shoot out, set timer for 10 minutes
* After 10 minutes release the pressure according to manufacturer's instructions
* Remove chicken, drain on paper towels or metal rack
* Repeat with remaining chicken
