Low maintenance GF creamed spinach. Easy, quick and delicious.
Throw all ingredients in a med low sauce pan with lid on for 12-15 minutes or until spinach is thawed, cooked and hot. Turn burner off, add cream cheese and put lid back on...after 3-5 minutes cream cheese should be soft and warm simple stir cream cheese into spinch and serve. Optional additional ingredient: 1/8 cup of chopped onion or shallot throw in at beginning of recipe.
