Light and fluffy
Dissolve yeast in water, add oil and sugar, let stand 5 minutes. Add egg and remaining water, mix well. Add salt and enough flour to make a soft dough. Knead for 5 - 8 minutes. Let rise 1/2 hour. Punch down dough. Form 6 rolls, well spaced on greased tray. Let rise 20 minutes. Bake 8 - 12 minutes at 250 C
