Cook and drain noodles as directed on package.
In small bowl, mix ricotta, 1/4 cup Parmesan, oregano (1 tsp parsley optional or 1 tbsp fresh chopped parsley).
In 13x9 ungreased baking dish spread half of red sauce.
Top with 4 noodles.
Spread half of cheese mixture over noodles.
Sprinkle with half of mozzarella cheese.
Sprinkle remaining 1/4 cup Parmesan.
Cover and bake 30 minutes.
Uncover and bake 15 minutes.
Let stand 15 minutes.
