A one handed minimum mess meal. Kids love meals that are fun as well as good.
Preheat oven to 350degrees or to 50 degrees less than biscuits call for. Place biscuits, 2 at a time - at least 4" apart, on flat surface and roll to approximately 6" long (oval). On one biscuit, place meat and cheese in layers (choose your desired thickness, and you will have to cut cheese to fit on biscuit), add a sprinkle of pepper, on one biscuit, then place other biscuit on top and close using fork around edge (ala pie edge).
For roll-ups; Use one biscuit, layer meat and cheese, sprinkle with black pepper, gently roll and close ends (or leave open).
Place pockets/roll-ups in shallow baking pan, which has been sprayed with non-stick cooking spray, poke with fork 3 or 4 times (roll-ups poke once), bake for 6 - 8 minutes, turn over, bake another 6 - 8 minutes until biscuits are toasty brown. Enjoy!!
Great for a different breakfast, or for lunch.
Take your time, be sure to turn them so they don't burn on one side.
