-cook elbows per package instructions drain and rinse
-in large microwave safe bowl melt 3T butter then add flour and cook 2 mins in microwave
-mix in salt, mustard, pepper, tobasco and milk cook in microwave 3 mins, stir, cook 3 mins more add cheese (should melt from heat of milk mixture)
-add cooked elbows
