Chicken breast, toritllas, rotel, cream of chicken and cream of mushroom soup thats it... easy to make and it wont break the bank.
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Boil chicken breast until cooked completely.
While chicken is cooking spray or butter the bottom of a 13X9" casserole dish. Tear the tortillas into four pieces and layer the sides and bottom of the casserole dish.
In medium bowl combine cream of mushroom soup, cream of chicken soup, and rotel.
Once chicken breast is fully cooked, shred chicken, and cover tortillas with shredded chicken. Cover chicken with soup and rotel mixture, then top with shredded cheese.
Bake at 350 degress for 30 minutes or until cheese is well melted.
