Roll crescent rolls onto baking sheet, side by side. Bake as directed. Remove from heat, let cool completely. Brown ground beef. Add water and taco seasoning. Stir thoroughly. Set aside. In medium mixing bowl, mix together sour cream and cream cheese. Spread sour cream mixture onto cooled baked crescent roll crust. Add meat mixture on top of the sour cream mixture. Top with cheddar cheese. You can also top this with any other garnishments.
