Spread nuts in 8X10 pan.
In a deep heavy sauce pan, boil water, sugar and butter over high heat. Constantly stir till caramel colored, be careful not to burn.
Pour evenly over nuts, quickly spread with rubber spatula till smooth.
While hot sprinkle chocolate on top and smooth melting chocolate with spatula till entire top is covered. Let cool completely.
Break into pieces.
Sometimes use salted cashews for that sweet and salty taste.
