Suggest a better descriptionIn a large skillet heat the oil on medium high heat. Add the chicken and cook until browned on one side about 7 minutes. Add the garlic and toss the chicken.
Add the powdered ginger, black pepper, diet orange soda, soy sauce, and rice wine vinegar. Bring to a boil and cook, stirring occasionally until the sauce is thickened and the chicken is cooked through out, about 5-7 more minutes.
Top with sliced green onions and sesame seeds.
Makes 4 servings
Per serving: 1 leaner, 1 healthy fat, and 3 condiments
Serve with broccoli and/or over cauliflower rice!
