Suggest a better descriptionIn a large pot, brown ground beef and drain fat. Add water, marinara sauce and salt; bring to boil. Return beef to the pot.
Spray a large baking dish (9x13). Make thin layer hot sauce just to cover the bottom. Layer uncooked lasagna noodles, cottage cheese, and Mozzarella cheese. Repeat layers again. Garnish with Mozzarella and Parmesan cheese.
Cover TIGHTLY with foil. Bake at 375 degrees for one hour. Let stand for 10 minutes before uncovering and serving.
