Cut squash in half lengthwise. Using a spoon, scoop out the seeds and sprinkle with sea salt and fresh cracked pepper.
Place on a baking sheet, cut side down and bake for 30 minutes.
In a second baking dish lined with foil place your 4 sausages and cook at the same time as your squash, for about 15-20mins. Then remove and cut into disks.
Next, remove squash from the oven. Use a fork to scrape out the inside of each half of spaghetti squash, which will come apart in strands.
Place each half in an individual bowl, top with marinara, and sausage. I used 1 sausage per half a squash. You can garnish each dish with some finely cut basil or parsley. I actually used kale since I didn't have either on hand!
