Made this for my mom's birthday off the too of my head and EVERYONE loved it
prepare the yellow rice as the directions on the box say. While that is cooking, put the chicken and shrimp in a large skillet with the oil and cook for about 5-8 minutes or until slightly cooked. Then add all of the veggies and seasoning and stir fry until completely cooked through. Once the rice is done, mix the meat mixture into it and let cook on low heat for about 5 minutes to let the flavours combine. Serve with a green salad.
