Cut bread into slices lay on baking tray drizzle with half the oil and scatter over thyme sprigs. Pop in oven for 5 mins remove turn over and pour over rest of oil and thyme return to oven for 5-10 mins. Mix pate with sherry spread over bread top with relish. Serve
