Mix flour, sugar, salt and beaten egg together until it resembles coarses cornmeal.
Peel and sllice 3 - 3 1/2 pounds peaches (approximately 6 cups).
Place in 9" square pan.
Put flour mixture on top.
Drizzle 3/4 stick melted butter over peaches & flour mixture.
Bake at 350° for 45 - 60 minutes or until golden brown.
