This is an easy cheap peanut butter cookie recipe. Only 3 ingredients!! Try it you'll love these rich delicious cookies. Try adding a cup of M&Ms or chocolate chips to change it up.
Preheat Oven to 350. Grease Cookie Sheet
Mix together all ingredients PB, Egg, and Sugar so that all ingredients are evenly disbursed. Roll mixture into half dollar sized balls. Place balls evenly on cookie sheet. Take a fork and press down on to ball and then press again the opposite way to somewhat flatten the ball. ( to get that nice crisscross pattern on the cookie) Place cookies in the oven and bake approximately 8-12 minutes, depending on thickness of cookie. Let cookies cool down mostly before eating them to avoid breakage. This cookies are rich and hearty and everyone will love them.
