Suggest a better descriptionLine a 10" pie plate or a deep dish quiche pan with standard pastry. Shred cheese and sprinkle over pastry. Put mixed veggies over cheese and sprinkle with salt and/or Mrs. Dash. Mix eggs and milk (make sure you use the right amount for the size pan you are using. See ingredients above.). Pour over top. Sprinkle with paprika. Bake 35-40 minutes at 375F or until knife inserted in centre comes out clean.
