Easy roasted garlic that can be added to anything from bread to main dishes!
Pre-heat oven to 350
Slice top off raw garlic and space them out on cookie sheet
drizzle with olive oil
bake until garlic starts to pop out of skin
Other spices can be sprinkled on top of garlic after the olive oil (ie crushed red pepper, basil). These are not necessary, but add a different flavor to the garlic. Finished garlic can be spread on bread to make easy roasted garlic bread.
