These are large, hearty sandwiches.
In 3 1/2 or 4-quart slow cooker, combine all ingredients except pork and rolls; mix well.
Add pork; stir to coat.
Cover; cook on low setting for 8 to 10 hours.
Remove pork from slow cooker. Shred pork by pu1ling apart with 2 forks. Add pork back to sauce m slow cooker; mix well. If desired, toast rolls, place cut sides up on ungreased cookie sheet; broil 4 to 6 inches from heat for 1 to 2 minutes. Spoon about 1/2 cup pork mixture into each roll.
These are large, hearty sandwiches. For smaller servings, fill each of nine regular burger or sandwich buns with about 1/3 cup of the meat mixture.Freeze any extra meat mixture in a plastic freezer container. Label it with the date, contents and the amount of mixture. Use within three months.
Serving Suggestion: Potato chips and apple slices are tasty and quick accompaniments to these tangy sandwiches.
