This is absolutely tender and wonderful. Leftovers (if any!) make a great soup base.
This recipe is so easy and delicious.
I buy a good looking piece of beef that will fit in my crockpot. I make one potato per person and about a handful of carrots.
1. Put the beef into the crockpot
2. Sprinkle the onion soup mix over the beef. Then add the carrots, potatoes and any other veggies you might want.
3. Pour stewed tomatoes over all.
4. Cook on high for 6 hours or so.
