Use bottled sauce and ground beef.

Put water on the stove in sauce pan and bring to boil, add spaghetti noodles and cook according to the time suggested on the package.
Put ground beef in saute pan and turn the heat to medium high. As the beef begins to brown add the garlic powder and salt. Break
the ground beef apart with a wooden spoon.
When the beef in totally cooked through add the bottled sauce stirring to combine.
Drain the noodles, and add to the beef sauce stirring to combine.
Serve with grated parmesan cheese.
