Sticky pecan rolls
Spray 9x13 pan with Pam. Spread out pecans (or nuts of your choice) in bottom of pan. Place 18 rolls evenly spaced on top of nuts. Sprinkle dry pudding mix over rolls. Combine brown sugar and butter and pour over rolls. Cover with plastic wrap sprayed with Pam. Let sit 1 1/2 to 2 hrs or till rolls rise about double in size. Bake in preheated oven at 350 degrees for 23-30 minutes. Turn out onto cookie sheet or tray as soon as removed from oven. I usually prepare rolls the night before and let rise overnight by placing in cold oven to keep out of drafts. Cook in morning (remove from oven while preheating).
