Quick, simple and tasty Sweet & Sour Chicken
1. Mix together vinegar, stock cube, brown sugar, soy sauce, ginger and tomato puree.
2. Cook chicken.
3. Add sauce mix and cook for 20 mins.
4. Add pineapple and pepper.
5. Mix corn flour with water and add to pan.
6. Cook for a further 5-10 mins.
Serve with rice.
