Quick easy family favorite for Taco Tuesday.

1. Preheat the oven to 350 F and grease a 9 inch glass or ceramic pie pan.
2. Brown the ground beef in a large skillet over medium heat until no longer pink, about 7 minutes.
3. Add the taco seasoning and stir until combined
4. Drain fat then spread beef mixture in the greased pan.
5. In a large bowl, combine the eggs, cream, garlic, salt, and pepper.
6. Pour Egg, cream mixture slowly over the beef in the pan.
7. Sprinkle with cheese and bake for 30 minutes, or until the cheese is browned.
8. Remove from the oven and let sit for 5 minutes before serving
*leftovers can be stored in refrigerator for up to 4 days.
Family really enjoyed the easy to make dish for Taco Night.
