1. Saute onion and garlic in oil.
2. Add chicken and rest of ingredients to pot
3. Bring to a boil; reduce heat.
4. Cover and simmer for one hour.
Garnish each bowl with plain Greek Yogurt (in place of sour cream), green onions, fresh cilantro.
Servings: Female - make sure you have at least 3 oz of chicken in your bowl. Males 5 oz of chicken.
