Great tasting tacos made easy
Brown ground chuck in a large skillet over medium heat, add chopped onion and stir until both onion and meat are cooked; drain.
Add Taco Seasoning Blend and 1/4 cup water, stirring well. (I like the homemade taco seasoning mix in the ingredients list [less salt and chemicals] but any will do.)
Cook over medium heat 3 to 5 minutes or until liquid evaporates. spoon meat mixture into taco shells; top with condiments as disired.

I modified the recipe and added some chopped onion to the meat mixture while cooking it gives much better flavour.
