This recipe is loved by my family! My grandchildren love it! So easy to make the chicken can be frozen and its done in 1 hour and 30 min. I always make some steam rice and stir fry frozen veggies (warmed in microwave) and in no time at all dinner for the family!
Preheat oven at 375 degrees;
Mix ketchup, soy sauce and brown sugar together until all sugar is dissolved; Chicken can be skinless or leave skin on;.Place chicken in a ungreased baking dish or you can line baking dish with aluminum foil for easy clean up. Chicken can be frozen or thawed pour mixture over chicken use all of the mixture. There is no need to season with salt or pepper..
Place chicken in oven to cook for 1 hour if thawed or 1 1/2 hours frozen or until juices are clear. Serve with white rice or noodles with stir fry..
You can always make less, this recipe serves 8.
