Pr eheat oven to 450 degrees. Mix celery, onion, parsley and butter together. Place fish fillets in shallow baking dish. Place vegetable mixture over top. Sprinkle lightly with salt, pepper and paprika. Cover with foil and bake in 450 degree oven for 30 minutes. Fish is done when it flakes easily with a fork. Serves 4.
