Quick and easy potato receipe. Great side dish.
Mix potato flakes according to package directions.
Add sour cream, parmesan cheese, bacon bits, chopped green onion, and cheddar cheese. (Same some to put on top)
Sprinkle some bacon bits, chopped green onion, and cheddar cheese on top for decoration.
Put in baking dish.
Bake covered at 350 degrees for 20-30 minutes. Then bake uncovered for 20 minutes or until bubbly.
