Melt 3 Tbsp butter in 2 quart saucepan.
Stir in vegetable broth and diced tomatoes.
Add Gumbo mix and seasonings.
Bring to boil and simmer for 20-30 minutes.
Add rice and serve.
Start rice before soup -- rice will take longer. Can't go wrong on this one!
