Suggest a better descriptionCombine 3.5 cups flour, yeast, and salt in a bowl. Heat milk, water, honey and oil until it is very warm, but not boiling. Gradually add to flour mixture; beat with electric mixer 2 minutes on medium. Add 1 cup flour. With hands, add remaining flour as needed to make a soft dough.
Knead on lightly floured surface 6-8 minutes. Cover and let rest 10 minutes.
Divide dough into 2 halves. Roll each into a 12 by 7 rectangle, then roll up tightly. Pinch seems closed and place in prepared loaf pan. Cover and let rise until twice in size, about 30 to 60 minutes.
Bake at 375 until done, about 40 minutes.
