Suggest a better descriptionIn a medium mixing bowl combine tuna, miracle whip, pineapple, celery, relish, mustard and cinnamon; mix well.
Spread a portion of tuna mixture on 2 slices of bread. Top with remaining slices of bread.
Lightly coat a large non stick skillet with cooking spray. Place sandwiches in a pan and cook over medium heat for about 2-3 minutes on each side until the sandwiches are warm and the bread is lightly brown.
Slice tuna sandwiches in half.
