In Medium saucepan, boil water and butter. Reduce heat and add all flour at once. Stir until mixture pulls away from sides of pan and forms a ball. Cool.
Place dough in large bowl - add eggs one at a time, beating well after each one.
Spread mixture on greased (not pam) 15" x 11" pan and bake at 400 degrees for 35 minutes until lightly brown and puffy. Cool completely.
Put cream cheese in bowl and beat in 1 C milk until smooth. Add pudding mix and 3 C milk, beat only until firm. Spread over crust. Spread cool whip.
Melt chocolate and butter over low heat, stirring constantly. Stir in confectioners sugar and vanilla until crumbly. Blend in 3 Tbs boiling water. Add more water to form a glaze of pouring consistency. Drizzle on top.
