1. Combine eggs, water, salt & pepper to taste, in a small bowl.
2. Place omelet pan on medium heat and melt butter.
3. Pour in egg mixture.
4. Cook omelet until it begins to set.
5. Add cheese
6. Flip omelet over, cook further till cheese is melted & omelet is completely set.
Note: Optionally add additional fillings such as:
a) bacon bits
b) sliced or chopped breakfast sausage
c) chopped onions and/or green peppers
