Suggest a better descriptionPut half of the bread cubes in the bottom of a greased 13 x 9" pan (I use my stoneware and no grease)
Sprinkle with 2 cups of cheddar.
Sprinkle with Parmesan and garlic powder.
Repeat steps 1 thru 3.
Mix eggs and milk and pour over bread cubes.
Drizzle butter on top and sprinkle wit paprika.
Refrigerate overnight.
Preheat oven to 350°
Bake in water bath )set 13 x 9 in jelly roll pan with water) for 1 hour at 350° (or until knife inserted in center comes out clean).
