A tradition for Christmas and family get togethers, always asked for.
The night before...
1. Layer 9x13 dish with cubed bread, cheese, sausage and mushrooms (in that order).
2. In a separate bowl, mix eggs, milk, mustard and Worcestershire sauce. Pour over bread/sausage/cheese and mushrooms. Cover tightly with plastic wrap. Refrigerate overnight.
3. In the morning, remove from fridge. Mix cream of mushroom and milk and spoon over souffle.
4. Bake at 300ยบ for 1 1/2 hours.
