Mom's Egg Bake - used almost every holiday. Great as it is easily thrown together the night before, and popped in the oven in the morning.
Prepare 9X13 inch pan - grease or butter
layer ingredients: 1. Bread to cover
2. 2 Cups Ham
3. half of the cheese
4. Repeat
Combine: milk, eggs, and seasonings. Pour over the bread.
Place in the fridge overnight. Remove from the fridge 30 minutes before baking. Top with the cornflake mixture.
I have made this with sausage instead of ham and it was great as well.
