Spread croutons in a greased pan. Sprinkle cheese over croutons. Fry sausage; drain well and spread over cheese. Beat eggs, mustard and 2-1/2 cups milk and pour over all. Refrigerate overnight. Before baking, mix together soup and1/2 cup milk and pour over top. Bake at 300 degrees F. for 1-1/2 hours. Let stand 10 minutes to set.
