Breakfast casserole
Cube bread. Place six slices on bottom and two on top of everything but before the cheese. Combine browned sausage, beaten eggs (beaten with the two cups milk), mustard, s&p. pour over bread slices in pan. Top with remaining two slices of bread which are cubed. Cover with cheese. Let set overnight in the refrigerator. Cook at 350 degrees for one hour.
