Add to egg mixture to scaled milk.
STRAIN, this is important. into 9 to 10 custard cups, which have been placed in a shallow pan. fill pan with water till it comes up to 1/3 to 1/2 way around cups. bake at 350 for 45 minutes or until an inserted knife comes out clean.
