Drain vegetables well. Mix the eggs, salt, soy sauce, green onion. Add the vegetables. Cook on greased hot griddle, 1/3 of a C per patty. Prepare gravy by mixing bouillon, soy sauce, corn starch, water, pepper and salt. Boil until transparent. Serve on top of egg fu yung patties.
