Suggest a better descriptionPreheat oven to 350 degrees. Melt butter in fry pan. Sauté onion and garlic 5 mins. Add sun- dried tomatoes and sauté 5 mins.
Mix eggs, milk, salt, pepper, and mustard. Stir in hash browns, cheddar and veggies.
Bake 35 to 45 mins or until knife comes out clean.
